Amino acids are structural components of protein, and among them, branched chain amino acids (BCAA) are among the most important. Specifically, they are these 3 amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. FORTIA BCAAS 4:1:1 has been designed with the best balance of these BCAAs in mind to provide maximum performance.
