Amino acids are structural components of protein, and among them, branched chain amino acids (BCAA) are among the most important. Specifically, they are these 3 amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. They are found within the group of essential amino acids, which the body is not capable of synthesizing and must be provided.

FORTIA BCAAS 4:1:1 has been designed with the best balance of these BCAAs in mind to provide maximum performance. Among the 3, L-Leucine is the one that has the most relevance in performance, which is why the product is made up of 4 parts of L-Leucine, 1 of L-Isoleucine and 1 of L-Valine. L-Leucine is very present in foods of animal origin. Vegan lifestyles should have an extra supply of L-Leucine, and Fortia Bcaas 4:1:1 provides a daily dose of 6.7 g of L-Leucine when taking the prescribed 10 g of Bcaas.

It promotes sports performance, due to its participation in the regeneration of muscle glycogen (energy), and enhances muscle regeneration and repair processes, due to its support for protein synthesis.

In hypertrophy goals, it helps the growth of muscle mass. In endurance situations, it helps improve strength and endurance without weight gain.
