FORTIA Waxy is a combination of maltodextrin and amylopectin, with high and low glycemic indexes and long chains, which favor the assimilation of greater amounts of CH per hour, which maximizes the energy contribution of sustained form. As it does not contain simple sugars, it prevents unwanted insulin spikes during exercise. It is composed of maltodextrin, a carbohydrate with a high glycemic index, easy to digest and rapid transit to the bloodstream, without stomach upset, immediately providing a high amount of energy. It is complemented with amylopectin, of high biological value and which provides a lot of energy that is easily digested and quickly absorbed, which increases the supply of glucose in the blood and delays fatigue, improving performance. We have improved the product by incorporating vitamin B1. Does not contain dyes. When to take it::

Take 35g (1 scoop) dissolved in 300ml of water 15 minutes before exercise, and 35g during exercise every 30 minutes.

For optimal assimilation it is recommended to take it at a temperature of 10ºC - 15ºC.

Indications:

A trained digestive system reaches a maximum useful absorption of carbohydrates of 90-120 g/h, making it possible to combine its intake with other energy sources such as Fortia Energy Hydrogel (without caffeine) or Fortia Energy Hydrogel CAFF & TAU (with caffeine) and Fortia Isotonic Drink, (with or without caffeine), or Fortia Gummy Bar with caffeine.
