Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
NUTRITION CHEFS S.L. is responsible for processing the USER's personal data and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
What do we process your personal data for?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The planned operations for the processing are:
- Sending commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable commercial communications. These communications will be made by the RESPONSIBLE and will be related to their products and services, or those of their collaborators or suppliers, with whom they have reached a promotional agreement. Why can we process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER's consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
- For the legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE: to conduct market research, statistical analysis, etc., and process orders, requests, etc., at the USER's request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal requirements for their retention. When they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or complete destruction of the same.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
No personal data communications to third parties are foreseen unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed confidentiality and data processor contracts as required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The rights that assist the USER are:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, and the limitation or opposition to its processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the control authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS, by marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely accept that their data are necessary for the provider to address their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are true and is responsible for communicating any modifications to them.
The RESPONSIBLE informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. In case not all the data are provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to their needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data for which they are responsible, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner concerning the data subject and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary concerning the purposes for which they are processed.
The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information to enable them to exercise their rights.
